Linda R. (Lynn) Saunders

Linda R Saunders - (aka. Lynn) is an artist living on Vancouver Island. Her passion for art started as a child watching her father, Leslie V. Woods in his studio as he created and sold many oil paintings. Her interest in painting and art continued through her life, starting in her teens becoming a member of an art club in Vancouver where she displayed and sold several pieces at shows in the lower mainland. After moving to the Island in 1970's with her husband Bob, they chose Nanaimo to open a business (Benjamin Moore paint store) and raised their son Trevor. Lynn's love for art never diminished, but set aside to raise a family and pursue a long career in shopping centre management. Now retired, she has the time to focus on her artwork once again through various venues and art groups.
